COMPETITIVE BIDDING
Over the years I have developed time-saving strategies for efficiency. Knowing how to properly start and finish your project can save time and unnecessary labor. This helps me keep my bids competitive in today’s market and finish your project in a timely fashion.
After 23 years in the trade, I have earned the recognition of the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce for dependability, honesty, and a high standard of workmanship. MY GUARANTEE: Your project will be pristine and to your satisfaction before I consider it finished. Once I start your project, I will be committed to it alone until it is completed. I work seven to nine hours a day and will complete your project in a timely fashion.
STAINING:
1)I will use your stain or my choice. The labor bid will usually not very.
2)The highest quality choice for stain is Sikons’ three-step system. This system will make your home stand out among all the rest. You can always look down the street or countryside and see which house is done in Sikon’s. This system, however, is labor intensive and could cost as much as three times other products. This is one true case where you get what you pay for.
PAINTING:
For the highest quality work and coverage, I use only brushes and rollers. I have been hired to repaint many, many houses that have been spray painted.
I offer two quality levels on all exterior painting projects.
1) A quick coat of finish paint of your choice for those who are thinking about selling or who do not want to invest a great deal of money. This includes scraping and caulking.
2) High end, detailed scraping and flaking paint removal, complete caulking of cracks, doors, windows and knot holes. Two coats of Sherwin Williams top of the line latex paint. This system will be warranted for life and should not be problem free for at least 50 years.
INTERIOR:
Interior painting is always done with care protecting floor, valuables, and finishes of stone or brick. Regardless of the value of your home, I will show it the respect of a historical mansion.
For those who are sensitive to the smell of paint, I use a formula that is nearly odor free. Once the paint is completely dry there should be no paint smell at all. This usually takes less than 24 hours. This system works great for Winter time painting.
